CashWars: a territory war game played for real money
CashWars is a real-time PvP territory strategy game that runs in your browser. If you know OpenFront.io or Territorial.io, you already know how it plays: you start with a small piece of land, grow your troops, expand, and take territory from your neighbours. The difference: CashWars is an .io game with money. Every player puts SOL into the pot, and the winner takes it.
Like OpenFront or Territorial.io, but with money
People often ask for "OpenFront but with money", "OpenFront.io with real money" or "Territorial.io with money". That is what CashWars is: the same kind of fast map conquest, with a real stake on every match.
- Every tile on the map shows a live dollar value. The more of the map you own, the more of the pot is yours.
- Hold 95% of the map for 15 seconds and you win the pot. No cards, no dice: troops, timing and strategy decide.
- Stakes and payouts are in SOL on the Solana blockchain. Winnings are paid out to your wallet.
- It runs in the browser on PC and phone. No download.
Game modes
- Solo – every player for themselves; the winner takes the pot.
- Teams – fight together; the winning team splits the pot.
- Budget – buy cities, missile silos and defense posts with real SOL during the match.
- Golden Rounds – special matches with a boosted pot.
How a match works
- Create an account and deposit SOL.
- Pick a mode and a stake, and join a lobby.
- Spawn on the map, expand, build, attack and defend.
- Win the map and the pot is paid to your balance, minus a 2% win fee.
- Withdraw to your own Solana wallet.
Fair play and security
- Match results are decided by the server's own simulation, not by a player's device, so they cannot be faked.
- Accounts can be protected with two-factor authentication (2FA).
- You can watch the replay of your matches for 30 days.
- The win fee is 2%. The withdraw fee is shown before you withdraw; deposits are free.
FAQ
Is CashWars the same as OpenFront?
No. CashWars is an independent game built on the open-source OpenFront engine and adds real-money matches on Solana. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenFront.
Is CashWars related to Territorial.io?
No. Territorial.io is a separate game by a different developer. We mention it only because the gameplay is similar: both are territory conquest games.
Can I really win money?
You can win money and you can lose your stake. A match is a contest between players: the winner takes the pot, everyone else loses what they put in. You must be at least 18, and playing for money must be legal where you live.
How do I start playing?
Create a CashWars account, deposit SOL, pick a mode and a stake and join a lobby. The winner of the match takes the pot, minus a 2% win fee, and can withdraw to their own Solana wallet.
Do I need to download anything?
No. CashWars runs in the browser on PC and phone. You need an account and some SOL, but no download and no wallet extension.
Who can play?
